Food As We Know It Oatmeal Mix

FAWKI Oatmeal Mix is a nutrient-dense blend that elevates breakfast by combining high-fiber rolled oats with superfoods like chia seeds. This mix provides a sustained release of energy and a superior texture that stays hearty soaked overnight.

Add 120 ml of milk of your choice for thick oatmeal,  Add an extra tbsp of milk for a thinner consistency.  
For extra protein, mix with 80–100 ml milk of your choice and 3–4 Tbsp (40–50 g) of GREEK YOGURT.  Stir well, refrigerate for at least 2 hours  before eating, enjoy!
