BiotechUSA Protein Pancake

BiotechUSA Protein Pancake is a high-protein, gluten-free baking mix designed for those who want a "fit" version of a classic breakfast. It uses a multi-source protein blend to ensure a good amino acid profile and a satisfying texture.

Rice flour,wheyprotein concentrate, hydrolysed protein, skimmedmilkpowder, wholeeggpowder, calcium caseinate (containsmilk),eggwhite powder, flavourings, baking powder [raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), corn starch], raising agent (sodium carbonates), thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose).
Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Mix 40 g (3 heaped tablespoons) powder in 50 ml water and let mixture rest for 1 minute. This amount is enough for 2–3 smaller or 1 big pancake. Fry pancake on a little oil in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (takes about 1 minute on each side).
