BioTechUSA Crea Zero (320g) is a complex, sugar-free creatine drink powder designed for athletes who want to maximize their strength and power without the water retention or bloating sometimes associated with standard creatine monohydrate. Mix 1 serving (8 g = 2 level scoops = 2 heaped teaspoons) product with 300 ml water. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. On resting days take 2x1 servings. Do not exceedthe recommended dosage! Use a shaker bottle.
